8月22日，为了让我们更好的迎接新学期的生活，学校为我们组织了为期三天的军训，地点在汤山炮兵学院。
On August 22, in order to let us better meet the life of the new semester, the school organized a three-day military training for us, located in Tangshan Artillery College.
上午，我们坐车来到了汤山炮兵学院，我们分好了方队，分好了宿舍，教官也指定好了，教官就带我们去吃饭，到了食堂门口，教官让我们排好队，可我站好了，别人还无动于衷，依然在那里该说话的说话，我们的教官脾气好像比其他的教官脾气好，也不生气，要是其他教官，现在已经“河东狮吼”了，我看了这个情况心里想：就算教官脾气再好，我们也应该严格要求自己才对，怎么可以这样呢？进了食堂，大家都就坐了，可还是在不停的讲话，一直到安静了才开饭。
In the morning, we arrived at Tangshan Artillery Academy by car. We divided the team, the dormitory and the instructor appointed us. The instructor took us to dinner. At the entrance of the canteen, the instructor asked us to line up. But I stood up. Others were still indifferent. Our instructor still had a good temper. Like other teachers, good temper, not angry, if other teachers, now "Hedong lion roar", I read the situation and thought: even if the temper of the instructors is better, we should also strictly ask ourselves to be right, how can this be? After entering the dining hall, everyone sat down, but they kept talking until they were quiet.
吃完饭，我们回到宿舍，我们的门正好对着厕所，所以会很臭，宿舍不像家里一样有空调，只有两个电风扇，我看了“不寒而栗”：以后的日子一定很苦。可又转念一想：吃得苦中苦，方为人上人嘛！休息了一会儿，我们就去训练了。这个教官对我们也太仁慈了，就让我们站了一分钟军姿，剩下的时间就让我们坐在地上，想干嘛就干嘛，然后就让我们回宿舍了。晚上果然难以入睡，热浪加上蚊子，谁也不可能睡得着，可后来经过一段痛苦的煎熬后，我还是睡着了。
After dinner, we went back to the dormitory. Our door was just facing the toilet, so it would stink. The dormitory did not have air conditioning as at home. There were only two electric fans. I saw "shivering": the days ahead must be very bitter. But think about it again: If you suffer bitterly, you can be a man. After a short rest, we went to training. The instructor was so kind to us that he let us stand for a minute and then let us sit on the ground and do whatever we wanted, and then let us go back to our dormitory. It was hard to fall asleep at night, and no one could fall asleep because of the heat wave and mosquitoes, but after a painful ordeal, I fell asleep.
在这三天里，我长大了，我学会了军人的严肃，吃苦耐劳的精神，我相信，我一定能以饱满的状态，迎接更加严峻的挑战，不论身处多大的困境、面对多大的困难，我都决不放弃，一定坚持到底
In these three days, when I grew up, I learned the soldier's seriousness and hard-working spirit. I believe that I can meet more severe challenges in a full state. No matter how difficult I am in and how difficult I face, I will never give up and stick to it.
